Niels and I have always been very close, as we are twin brothers who grew up with our single-home mother in Denmark. We know each other inside and out, yet we have distinct personalities. 

 

Long story short… 

Today, NorthPeak Consulting is a team of four people, and we intend to keep it that way. We pride ourselves on being a boutique consulting business. 

We are not suitable for everyone, as we are highly selective with the new clients we onboard. Fit and chemistry are paramount to us because when we do take on new clients, we go the extra mile to ensure their success and push boundaries for their growth.
