NorthPeak Consulting is a brand operated by Scale Consulting ApS, a growth and marketing consultancy based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Scale Consulting ApS is the legal entity behind any agreement you enter into with us. We work with Shopify stores and lifestyle brands on paid advertising, store development, conversion optimisation and strategy.
Every collaboration is different, so the details — scope, deliverables, pricing and timelines — are always agreed individually in writing before we start. That agreement is what governs our work together. This page simply explains the general principles behind it.
We work on a monthly basis with a short notice period, because we'd rather earn the partnership every month than lock anyone into a long contract.
We deliver our work professionally, transparently and to a high standard, and we treat your budget as if it were our own.
What we can't do is guarantee specific numbers. Marketing results depend on your products, pricing, market, competition and the advertising platforms themselves — factors that are partly outside anyone's control. We're always honest with you about what we expect is realistic, and about where we are along the way.
To do our job well, we need timely access to the relevant accounts and data, accurate information about your business, and reasonably quick feedback when we need approval. You remain the owner of your advertising accounts and are responsible for the advertising spend paid directly to the platforms.
The work we create specifically for you — ads, copy, design, store development — is yours to use once it's paid for. Our own methods, frameworks and templates remain ours.
We keep what you share with us confidential, and we expect the same in return. Unless you'd rather we didn't, we may mention your brand and approved results as a case in our own marketing — just tell us if you prefer we don't.
Where we handle personal data on your behalf, we do so in line with the GDPR, and we'll enter into a data processing agreement with you when that's required. If you have questions about how we handle data from this website, just ask.
Danish law applies to our work together, and any disagreement we can't solve between us would be handled by the Danish courts. We'd much rather solve it over a call.
